Leadership
Apex CAE LLC. is led by Dr. Peter Hu. He holds a Ph.D degrees of Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Dr. Hu has published 14 high quality journal articles in the field of mechanics and material sciences. These works have been cited hundreds of times by scholars from top notched institutes globally. Dr. Hu has also been constantly invited to review articles for many leading international journals such as ASME Journal of Tribology and Tribology International. Prior to founding Apex CAE, Dr. Hu was a Staff. Mechanical Engineer-FEA at Facebook Reality Labs, where he led the structural analysis for AR&VR product development. He also held a Sr. CAE Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker and supported product development of DeWalt and Craftsman.
